Very few with the McNeary name remain in Scotland, although that is very likely the place of our origins.
Tom MacNeil, a descendant of Nicholas McNeary of Magheramore lives in Scotland, and has been helpful
with information several McNeary family groups.
At this point, I am aware of only one McNeary named group in Scotland. This information is from a family member.
We have four genereations of this group. At this point don't know of connections with other McNeary families.
Most of these are in the the Glasgow/Lanarkshire area.
